On November 17, 2009, the Court entered a Memorandum and Order preliminarily approving the settlement. Notices to potential class members will be mailed no later than May 28, 2010. The Notice includes all relevant instructions regarding how to file a Proof of Claim, how and when to object to the settlement and how to opt-out of the settlement. A final fairness hearing is scheduled for September 13, 2010.
